Matthew Stuart McAfee

Mr. McAfee is President of HomeGuard Title & Trust and has more than 12 years experience in the title industry. Since starting the company in 2004, Mr. McAfee has been involved in the operations and vision of the company. Mr. McAfee is an attorney who graduated from The University of Florida Law School, where he graduated with high honors and was a member of the University of Florida Law Review. Mr. McAfee, a graduate of Duke University, is also a Senior Partner in the Jacksonville law firm of Driver McAfee Griggs & Peek, P.L.

Patricia A. Harper

Ms. Harper is Vice President and Manager of HomeGuard Title and Trust. A former realtor, she's been actively involved in the real estate industry for 20 years, and an escrow officer for ten. Ms. Harper is a member of Jacksonville's Small Business Resource Network and the Jacksonville Women's Business Center. Her goal at every closing is to run the entire process stress-free for both clients and their customers.

Deidra M. Hall

Ms. Hall is Assistant Manager at HomeGuard Title and Trust and divides her time between our Downtown and Beaches offices. She has been an escrow officer nearly four years, performing hundreds of closings for HomeGuard. Ms. Hall is known for her fast, superior customer service.

Steve Harper

Mr. Harper is Assistant Manager at the HomeGuard office in Orange Park. He has been an escrow officer nearly five years and is known for making his closings feel effortless. Mr. Harper prides himself on building strong relationships with both real estate agents and homeowners
